Umrah Sales Agent

About the role

Join Al Hadi Connects’ Lahore office as an Umrah Sales Agent, handling flights, holiday packages and Umrah bookings for UK‑based clients. You will work directly with customers to turn leads into confirmed trips, guide them through the Umrah visa process and provide support before and after the sale while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about flights, holidays and Umrah packages.
• Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Advise clients on suitable Umrah packages and explain visa requirements.
• Provide post‑sale customer service and resolve any issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in travel, flight or Umrah sales.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confident, target‑focused and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced office.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary between PKR 30,000 and PKR 100,000 per month (actual range PKR 25,000‑45,000 based on experience) plus commission.
• Company covers applicable taxes.
• Full‑time, on‑site position with a morning/shift‑based schedule.
