Unit Head Product – Roshan Digital Account (AVP/VP)

About the role

The Unit Head Product for the Roshan Digital Account will lead the product vision, roadmap and performance for the bank’s flagship digital account offering aimed at overseas Pakistanis. Reporting to the Wing Head, the role combines strategic planning, market research and cross‑functional leadership to drive growth and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap and KPIs aligned with the bank’s digital strategy.
• Conduct market research on diaspora banking needs, competitor offerings and global remittance trends.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, functional specifications and user journey maps.
• Lead product development, testing and launch of new features and enhancements.
• Monitor regulatory changes, AML/KYC requirements and ensure compliance across the product lifecycle.
• Produce MIS reports, dashboards and analytics for remittance performance and regulatory monitoring.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (technology, operations, marketing, compliance) to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking, fintech, telecom or related financial services.
• At least 3 years in digital product management, cross‑border remittances, customer onboarding or payment services.
• Strong understanding of digital payments infrastructure and international remittance business.
• Knowledge of State Bank of Pakistan regulations, AML/KYC and cross‑border payment frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with experience in MIS reporting and dashboard creation.
