Value Consultant

About the role

Motive is looking for a Value Consultant to join its Business Value Services team. You will use data analytics and storytelling to create compelling, data‑driven presentations that demonstrate the financial and operational benefits of Motive’s platform to prospective and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide data‑driven support to sales and customer success teams through business cases and presentations that accelerate the buying process.
• Analyze client data and external research to identify top business challenges and quantify the impact of Motive’s solutions.
• Develop and deliver professional, visual presentations that clearly communicate value propositions.
• Utilize Google Suite, Excel, and data‑visualisation tools to extract insights and present them to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Curate impactful data points, design engaging slides, and adapt analyses as market dynamics evolve.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, financial consulting, data analytics, sales support, or business intelligence.
• Customer‑facing experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to tell data‑driven stories.
• Proven ability to build clear, professional spreadsheets for non‑technical users.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving product features.
