Venture Growth Lead

About the role

Disrupt.com is a venture‑building company that creates and scales new businesses at the intersection of brand, innovation and ecosystem orchestration. We are looking for a Venture Growth Lead to own and accelerate the reputation, visibility and influence of Disrupt.com as a global authority in venture building. This individual contributor role will combine brand strategy, editorial judgement, digital growth and event innovation to attract founders, partners, investors, press and talent.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for Disrupt.com, shaping narrative positioning, ecosystem engagement and international reach.
• Build and run a multi‑channel content engine – blogs, newsletters, founder stories, reports, podcasts and video – in partnership with venture‑builder leadership.
• Conceptualise, plan and deliver high‑impact events such as founder meet‑ups, VC roundtables, panels and intimate executive sessions with top‑tier partners.
• Own SEO/AEO, content distribution and LinkedIn‑first social media strategy, driving traffic, engagement and authority across earned, owned and paid channels.
• Develop strategic partnerships with brands, universities, VCs and accelerators to amplify exposure and generate deal flow.
• Optimise conversion funnels, landing pages and subscriber loops to grow the audience flywheel and retain users.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in venture capital firms, venture builders, accelerators or corporate innovation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility, audience and influence through narrative, events and content.
• Hands‑on mindset with a track record of delivering brand‑centric growth programs at a global scale.
• Strong editorial judgement and comfort working with founders, investors and media.
