Virtual Wellness/Hospitality Assistant

About the role

Health & Virtuals is seeking a Remote Virtual Wellness/Hospitality Assistant to support structured wellness programs across the United States. You will ensure participants are enrolled, engaged, and progressing through program workflows without disruption, acting as the primary point of contact for non‑clinical inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll participants into wellness, coaching, or lifestyle programs using CRM or scheduling systems.
• Schedule sessions, recurring check‑ins, and program milestones via shared calendars.
• Send reminders, preparation materials, and post‑session resources according to program workflows.
• Track participant progress, attendance, and engagement; upload surveys, worksheets, and feedback forms.
• Maintain accurate participant records in CRM or documentation systems.
• Provide timely support for non‑clinical questions and escalations to program leads or clinicians.

Required profile

• Comfortable working with scheduling platforms and shared calendar systems.
• Familiar with CRM or participant‑engagement tools.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple participants and timelines.
• Awareness of data‑privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Clear, supportive, and professional communication style.
