Warehouse Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Accountant to manage and reconcile inventory transactions for our client in Lahore. The role involves ensuring accurate stock records and supporting the monthly financial close.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record all warehouse transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records on a regular basis.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist with the monthly closing process.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to guarantee stock accuracy.
• Support inventory counting and stock audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce (Accounting major) or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory accounting.
• Previous experience in warehouse inventory management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
