Academic Program Coordinator – Registrar Office

About the role

The Academic Program Coordinator will support the Registrar Office in managing academic program records, student portal issues, and statutory body documentation for Riphah International University. This position ensures smooth registration of new programs and maintains compliance with university and HEC regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Register newly approved programs on the PQR Portal immediately after Academic Council meetings.
• Handle daily student queries and issues related to the PQR Portal.
• Draft minutes for upcoming statutory body meetings and maintain centralized soft copies.
• Update and maintain academic program records in Excel, including resolution logs.
• Prepare draft compliance emails prior to statutory meetings.
• Track inventory and issuance of Vice‑Chancellor shields.
• Utilize Smartsheet for systematic data record‑keeping.
• Process foreign student forms using e‑signatures and stamping for HEC submission.
• Maintain systematic records of NOCs by campus.
• Receive and forward external/internal Daak, BOS, and BOF letters to appropriate senior offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from an HEC‑recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in academic administration.
• Strong command of MS Office with fast typing speed.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic formulas, bookkeeping, and filing systems.
