Accounts Executive (Female) – Manufacturing & Export

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Executive (female) to join our manufacturing and export operations in Lahore. The role involves managing daily accounting transactions, handling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations and maintain petty‑cash records.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances, follow up on payments and prepare aging reports.
• Verify supplier invoices, coordinate payments and ensure timely processing.
• Assist with monthly closing, financial reporting and audit support.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, production and logistics departments.
• Support payroll and employee‑related accounting matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, M.Com, ACCA or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in textile/manufacturing/export.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliations and general accounting principles.
• High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
