Accounting Graduate (Fresher or Early-Career)

About the role

AXCESS is seeking a sharp, detail‑oriented accounting graduate to join the team in Lahore. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting records and enter transactions accurately.
• Prepare and reconcile bank, cash, and ledger entries.
• Assist with invoicing, payables, and receivables.
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Spot errors, mismatches, and unusual entries before they become problems.
• Support tax, audit, and compliance documentation.
• Keep financial files organized and up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field (BBA, B.Com, ACCA/CA finalist or student also welcome).
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and sharp analytical thinking.
• Good grasp of accounting fundamentals (journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, reconciliations).
• Working knowledge of MS Excel; accounting software experience is a plus.
• Clear communication and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
