About the role
A full-time Accounts Executive is needed in Garden Town, Lahore, to manage daily financial transactions, keep accurate accounting records and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Key responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions and bookkeeping entries.
- Manage invoices, billing and payment tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on payment matters.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial records.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (preferred)
- Accounting software (preferred)
