Admin Analyst – Remote (US Operations)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Admin Analyst to support the administrative and reporting functions of a network of gas stations and retail stores across the United States. The position is remote, based in Lahore, and works night‑shift hours to align with U.S. business time. The analyst will ensure accurate data handling, vendor coordination, and compliance documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Reconcile point‑of‑sale (POS) data with backend systems and flag discrepancies.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
• Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, and documentation.
• Track compliance metrics, manage digital filing systems, and support licensing, permitting, and property tax tasks.
• Liaise with U.S. store managers and vendors via email and calls, handling scheduling and follow‑ups.
• Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
• Identify inefficiencies in reporting or admin workflows and suggest improvements.
• Support implementation of new tools or systems for better data handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in administrative or analytical roles, preferably in retail or service industry.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours from Pakistan.
