Cotton Attire is seeking a motivated Arabic‑speaking Customer Sales Representative to join its Lahore team. The role focuses on engaging customers in the GCC market, delivering tailored sales solutions, and driving revenue growth while leading a small sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Interact directly with GCC customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate products.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of five sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with regional market trends.
• Analyze sales data using Excel and produce reports to support decision‑making.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through prompt and knowledgeable service.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches.
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Good understanding of the GCC market.
• Proven ability to manage a small sales team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
