Business Development Representative

About the role

Biznatron is expanding its Commercial Cleaning Division and seeks a confident Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales campaigns targeting US businesses. You will initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US‑based businesses.
• Prospect via email and LinkedIn, connecting with owners and key decision‑makers.
• Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile and book qualified meetings.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and follow up consistently.
• Collaborate with team leads to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
• Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, BDR/SDR or B2B lead generation.
• Strong English communication skills and comfort speaking with US prospects.
• Target‑oriented, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, HubSpot or other CRM platforms is a plus.
