About the role
We are looking for fluent Arabic speakers who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. As an Arabic Customer Support Specialist you will work in a fast‑paced BPO environment, handling a variety of customer interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints in Arabic.
- Provide end‑to‑end resolution and take ownership of each interaction.
- Follow defined processes and standard operating procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service and manage objections confidently.
Required profile
- Excellent Arabic speaking skills.
- A‑Levels / Intermediate education.
- Moderate English writing skills.
- Detail‑oriented and customer‑focused.
