About the role
Reall Time is seeking an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its Lahore office on a night‑shift schedule. The role involves handling customer interactions, delivering clear communication, and supporting operational needs as part of a dedicated virtual‑assistant team.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries during night hours.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and professional communication across all channels.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
- Assist with related operational tasks as required.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Availability to work night‑shift hours on a full‑time basis.
