Arabic Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking a motivated Arabic‑speaking Sales Development Representative to drive high‑volume outbound prospecting and lead generation. The role combines cold‑calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to qualify leads and support the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and social media in both Arabic and English.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers, understanding their needs and aligning Recruit AI’s solutions.
• Manage outreach cadences, follow‑ups, and nurture leads until they become sales‑qualified.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and related KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback that improves outreach effectiveness.
• Assist senior management during negotiation phases and support deal closure.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales development or similar outbound roles.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resilient, persistent, and professional attitude.
