Account Executive — Full-Cycle Sales

About the role

Invomize is looking for a high‑output Account Executive who can own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. You will build your own pipeline, manage every touchpoint, and be responsible for delivering signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Make 100+ outbound calls/touches per day to target accounts.
• Research accounts and identify relevant decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects and uncover genuine sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and communicate value.
• Handle objections, follow‑ups, negotiations, and commercial conversations.
• Own opportunities from initial outreach through to close.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the pipeline organized.
• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in a full‑cycle AE role.
• Strong cold‑calling and outbound prospecting skills.
• Comfortable making 100+ calls/outbound touches per day.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals, not just book meetings.
• Highly persistent and comfortable with rejection.
• Excellent communication, discovery, objection‑handling, and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined with CRM, follow‑ups, and pipeline management.
• Ability to engage decision‑makers and business owners.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 150,000–200,000 per month.
• Commission tied to sales performance, paid in addition to the base salary.
