Assistant Manager Sales – Islamabad/Rawalpindi

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Sales to help expand our doctor‑booking and e‑consultation platform across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. You will work closely with the sales team to generate new provider relationships and support existing ones, driving growth in a fast‑moving health‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close sales calls with existing and potential leads.
• Conduct daily market visits to meet health‑care professionals and schedule product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with medical and administrative staff.
• Maintain detailed records of contacts, meetings and generate regular reports.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, develop solutions and present recommendations to management.
• Analyze and follow leads using the CRM system.
• Manage the collection cycle by setting weekly priorities and achieving recovery targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in Pakistan (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily visit targets.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency.
