Associate – Client & Expert Liaison (APAC)

About the role

IDR is seeking a proactive Associate to act as the primary liaison between the firm and its APAC‑region clients. You will ensure smooth project delivery, recruit subject‑matter experts, and maintain high client satisfaction while collaborating with international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and align project goals with deliverables and timelines.
• Identify, recruit, and screen subject‑matter experts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, search engines and industry databases.
• Engage and onboard experts, confirming suitability and handling onboarding logistics.
• Coordinate and schedule consultations, maintaining accurate calendars and communications.
• Submit expert profiles for internal review and client approval.
• Maintain detailed records of experts, payments and compliance documentation.
• Respond to expert queries regarding onboarding, payments and project processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and information‑security standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the expert‑network or consulting sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing client needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and online research tools.
