About the role
Everllence is seeking an Assistant Manager Sales to drive growth of its truck, bus and special‑vehicle portfolio. You will work across sales strategy, business development, aftersales and customer experience to help the company achieve its decarbonisation targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop territory sales plans, forecasts and pipelines; align targets with business objectives.
- Identify high‑growth segments (logistics, construction, oil & gas, FMCG, public transport, municipalities, government tenders) and conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Prospect new fleet customers, expand existing accounts, prepare technical‑commercial proposals, TCO analyses and financing options.
- Lead bid and tender participation, ensure compliance, negotiate terms and close contracts within approved authority.
- Build and sell service contracts, preventive‑maintenance packages, extended warranties and driver‑training programmes.
- Drive genuine parts sales through demand planning, promotions and targeted campaigns.
- Act as primary contact for key accounts, organise product demos, roadshows and technical briefings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely documentation (quotations, contracts, invoices, warranty registration).
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales strategy, planning and forecasting.
- Background in business development and account management within the automotive or fleet sector.
- Familiarity with aftersales, parts sales and service‑contract management.
- Ability to manage tender processes, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
- Strong customer‑relationship orientation and communication skills.
