eBay Account Manager

About the role

EWDTech is looking for a dedicated eBay Account Manager to join its on‑site team in Faisalabad. You will be responsible for running the company’s eBay store, optimizing listings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update eBay product listings, applying best‑practice optimization techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts.
• Respond to customer inquiries, manage orders, and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve marketplace performance.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing eBay stores or similar online marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce processes, pricing strategies, and sales analytics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and basic data‑analysis techniques is a plus.
