Automotive Technician

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our workshop in Sitrah. The successful candidate will perform detailed repairs, ensure vehicle systems function correctly, and follow BMW service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and replace broken or worn out automotive parts.
• Verify vehicle functions and subsystems after service.
• Communicate pre‑approval needs and any additional work to supervisors and service advisors.
• Use checklists, repair instructions, and BMW guidelines while handling tools and special equipment.
• Label, clean and hand over dismantled or warranty parts to the warranty department.
• Dispose of waste according to local regulations and report safety incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role.
• Relevant vocational qualification or certification in automotive technology or mechanics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of vehicle electrical, engine and transmission systems.
• Proficiency with a wide range of diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
• Ability to follow BMW service guidelines and use specialized tools effectively.
