B2B SaaS Sales Executive

About the role

En Route Technologies seeks a proactive B2B SaaS Sales Executive to drive growth across international markets such as the UK, Gulf, and Asia. This full‑cycle, hands‑on role involves prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and expanding existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target B2B customers and decision‑makers, building prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
• Generate leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
• Conduct discovery calls, present software solutions, and coordinate detailed demos with pre‑sales or technical teams.
• Manage opportunities in the CRM, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Maintain relationships with customers, seeking upsell, cross‑sell and account expansion opportunities.
• Track sales activities, pipeline progress, conversion rates and meet targets.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience in Fleet Management, Telematics, GPS Tracking, Transportation, Logistics, Mobility, IoT or ERP solutions is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of outbound prospecting, cold calling and lead generation.
• Experience selling into US, UK, Gulf, Asian or other international markets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and strong negotiation skills.
