Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth through proactive cold calling, lead generation, and building long‑term client relationships. The role is office‑based in Islamabad and follows Toronto (Canada) night‑shift hours (6 PM‑2 AM Pakistan time).

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and match them with appropriate products or services.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Make outbound calls to prospects, engage in meaningful conversations, and schedule meetings or demos.
• Establish and nurture long‑term client relationships by offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow‑ups and progress tracking.
• Accurately log calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Share client insights with the sales team to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
