B2B Sales Closer - Self-Generated Sales

About the role

Brandix Soft is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Closer who can independently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing. The role is onsite in Gulberg, Lahore, with working hours Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM), targeting the UK and USA markets. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and IT services and closes their own sales through cold calling and other outbound channels.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify your own B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and IT solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, negotiations and objections.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure a smooth handover of closed clients to the relevant team.
• A dedicated team can be provided later, depending on performance and business needs.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or closing.
• Ability to independently generate and close sales.
• Experience selling digital marketing or IT services is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
