Sales Development Representative (Pakistan)

About the role

Brightwheel, a leading early education platform trusted by millions of educators and families, is looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Pakistan. The role involves building a sales pipeline through more than 100 cold calls per day to early education centers, preparing prospects for product demonstrations run by Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build a sales pipeline through 100+ cold calls per day to early education centers.
• Use discovery questions, active listening and knowledge of the competitive landscape to understand prospect pain points and explain how Brightwheel delivers value.
• Schedule product demonstrations with an Account Executive and ensure the prospect attends, managing rescheduling as needed.
• Keep the pipeline accurate, organized and up to date, and regularly reflect on key metrics.
• Work with the manager to improve the sales process, respond quickly to coaching and feedback, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Prior cold-calling experience is required.
• Experience in a commission-based environment or interest in starting a sales career.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
• Strong English fluency, verbal and written.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
