B2B Sales Representative – IoT Solutions

About the role

BoxTech is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to drive partnerships with IoT solution providers, GPS tracking firms, fleet management companies, system integrators, resellers and technology partners. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage B2B sales opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking and market visits.
• Visit customers and prospects to understand requirements and build lasting relationships.
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations, meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product selection, testing, integration and customer specifications.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, follow‑ups and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and technology partners.
• Track all sales activities, opportunities and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Work toward assigned sales targets and business development goals.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong interest in IoT, GPS, telematics, fleet management or related technology products.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of managing the complete sales cycle independently.
• Proven relationship‑building and follow‑up skills.
