Global Commercial Traineeship – Pakistan

About the role

Join FrieslandCampina’s Global Traineeship Commerce in Pakistan to explore both B2C and B2B commercial activities. You will rotate through key commercial functions, gaining hands‑on experience in marketing, sales, category management and business development while contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support shopper marketing and trade category management for consumer brands such as Olper’s, Omore and Tarang, influencing point‑of‑sale behaviour and executing promotional campaigns.
• Participate in field sales and customer development projects, analysing distributor performance, improving commercial processes and supporting digital tools.
• Develop customer growth plans, contribute to brand activations, analyse market and shopper insights, and help improve category performance.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of work experience and a strong academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or a related field).
• Fluent in English, reflective, adaptable, collaborative and open to relocation.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, internships or work experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
