About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to accelerate growth in the solar solutions market. You will expand our presence, generate and convert leads, and manage relationships with dealers, installers, and B2B clients across key local markets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct field visits in target solar markets to identify and engage dealers, installers, EPCs, and B2B clients.
- Gather competitor insights on products, pricing, and promotions.
- Generate qualified leads for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors and maintain a detailed lead tracker.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely proposal submission and deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and solar contractors, providing technical and product guidance.
- Support after‑sales feedback and service coordination.
- Execute local branding activities such as banners, standees, and on‑site promotions.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports with actionable insights.
- Lead, train, and supervise field sales staff, tracking KPIs and aligning activities with sales and marketing objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the solar or renewable‑energy sector.
- Strong field‑work orientation with the ability to travel to key markets.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a field sales team.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Analytical mindset to interpret market data and generate reports.
