Bookkeeper & Financial Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Bookkeeper & Financial Operations Specialist to manage our end‑to‑end financial processes. Working remotely, you will ensure accurate transaction recording, timely reconciliations, and clear financial reporting to support GigaBrands’ growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor banking portals and financial systems daily, reconcile Stripe transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
• Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks, maintain Excel financial trackers, and update cash‑flow forecasts.
• Prepare end‑of‑day P&L reports and coordinate with sales on pipeline validation.
• Manage weekly POD performance updates, employee onboarding/offboarding, and client billing reconciliations.
• Execute full monthly close in QuickBooks, generate cash‑flow, P&L and variance reports, and produce executive‑level financial summaries.
• Oversee tax compliance, process payroll and commissions, and handle recurring and international payments.
• Collaborate with tax, legal advisors and support executive financial administration as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or financial operations experience.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work independently in a remote environment.
