Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis & Investment Management (Pakistan & Afghanistan)

About the role

This senior position leads financial planning, analysis and investment management for the Pakistan & Afghanistan region. You will partner with franchise finance, operations and commercial teams to drive the business plan, performance monitoring and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operating‑unit financial planning and performance management processes.
• Collaborate with Franchise Operations Finance, RGM and PS teams to align business plans, forecasts and results.
• Lead P&L scenario management, marketing spend forecasting and product cost analysis.
• Provide insights for category growth, external factors and competitive benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with marketing spend policies and internal controls.
• Drive innovation financial processes, shadow costing and presentation of new product economics.
• Partner with Platform Services to improve reporting, data quality and operating effectiveness.
• Support digitisation initiatives to automate manual tasks using digital and AI tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, commercial finance or category finance.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience in one of these domains.
• Strong understanding of P&L, variance analysis and risk & opportunity assessment.
• Ability to generate, communicate and discuss financial insights across diverse cultural environments.
• Proven experience in digitisation projects focused on operational automation.
