It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Developer for its staff augmentation business in Lahore, targeting candidates with about 1 year of experience. The role focuses on finding and pursuing new business, generating leads and building relationships with healthcare providers and partner organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and partner organizations.
• Conduct market research and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align service offerings.
• Support staff augmentation initiatives to meet client resource needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide responsive customer service.
• Contribute to sales targets and growth strategies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills and market research ability to identify opportunities and understand client needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage clients and build long-term relationships.
• Lead generation capability and a results-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of healthcare services, medical billing or RCM is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or a related field is desirable.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
