Business Development Executive – IT Services Sales

About the role

Peersol Technologies is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business for its IT services and digital transformation solutions. You will work onsite in Islamabad, focusing on lead generation, proposal development, and closing high‑value projects.

Key responsibilities

• Bid on IT projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, PeoplePerHour and prepare winning proposals.
• Generate and nurture leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot and cold‑email campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls, present the hybrid delivery model, and negotiate contracts end‑to‑end.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, develop go‑to‑market strategies, and suggest improvements to sales messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
• Proven track record of winning projects on freelance platforms.
• Strong communication, proposal writing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a predictable sales pipeline.
