Business Development Manager – Architecture Sector

About the role

Aroma 24/7 Pakistan is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Lahore to build and grow its business through architects, interior designers, design consultancies and developers. The goal is to position the company's scenting solutions as part of the design specification for new and renovated spaces, turning existing relationships into a steady stream of projects. The position is full-time and on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Use your network of architects, interior designers and consultants to generate leads and secure project opportunities.
• Introduce the company's scent solutions to architectural and design firms so they appear in project proposals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of active leads and report progress regularly to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and design forums.
• Gather market and competitor insights to refine the business development strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the architecture or interior design field, in a business development, sales or project-facing role.
• Established, verifiable relationships with architects, designers and consultants in Lahore and across Pakistan.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain a product's value to design professionals and win specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
