Business Insights Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Insights Analyst to join a fast‑growing European division that relies on data‑driven decision making. You will act as the analytical engine, turning complex data sets into actionable insights that support sales, operations, finance and customer functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering sales performance, customer trends, inventory, operational efficiency and financial KPIs.
• Own the full reporting lifecycle – from requirements gathering and data modelling to deployment, scheduled refreshes and version control.
• Develop and manage scalable data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Dataflows and Warehouses, while ensuring data quality and governance.
• Integrate and analyse Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP data to provide a unified view of customer activity, account performance and supply‑chain metrics.
• Proactively identify trends, anomalies and growth opportunities, delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly insight presentations to senior stakeholders.

• Experience working in a data‑driven commercial environment.
