Senior Odoo Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver scalable ERP solutions using Odoo, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring project quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Odoo solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Design and implement integrations with third‑party systems.
• Optimize system performance, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Odoo development and customization experience.
• Senior‑level expertise with a proven ability to lead technical discussions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
