Business Intelligence Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to own reporting, analytics, and insight generation for a growing European business. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning complex data into actionable business decisions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for key business metrics.
• Develop and manage scalable data pipelines with Microsoft Fabric, including lakehouses, warehouses, and semantic models.
• Integrate and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP systems, delivering unified business views.
• Produce regular business insight reports, executive presentations, forecasting models, and scenario analyses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior leadership.
