Project & Account Manager

About the role

Tethr is seeking a Project & Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between a US‑based Managed Service Provider (MSP) client and its customers. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, delivering projects on time, monitoring service quality, and providing data‑driven reports.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned MSP customers, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Conduct regular check‑ins such as Quarterly Business Reviews, monthly reviews, and ad‑hoc meetings to align priorities.
• Own and manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with helpdesk technicians, engineers, and leadership.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status updates in the PSA/project‑management platform.
• Monitor the service‑desk ticket queue daily, ensuring SLA compliance and escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare and deliver weekly or monthly KPI reports and executive‑level dashboards.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
• Able to translate technical concepts into business language for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced MSP environment and focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
