About the role
We are looking for motivated Call Center Agents to join our USA‑focused team in Lahore. The position is office‑based and works the night shift, handling calls for international customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate clearly with international customers.
- Follow company scripts and call procedures.
- Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
Required profile
- Basic to good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shift.
- Comfortable with an office‑based environment.
- Punctual, disciplined and professional attitude.
- Prior call‑center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
