About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join Flowtel Networks in Lahore. The position supports an Australia‑based campaign and is office‑based with a day‑shift schedule. You will be the first point of contact for inbound callers, providing courteous assistance and ensuring a high level of service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist callers with queries, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide accurate information.
- Document call details and outcomes in the company system.
- Escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain service quality by adhering to company guidelines and performance standards.
Required profile
- Good English communication skills.
- Punctual, confident, and professional attitude.
- Call centre experience preferred, but training is available for freshers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
