Civil Supervising Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Supervising Officer to oversee field activities of our works team across an assigned region. The role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with subcontractors and internal business units.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control all on‑site activities of the works team according to managerial guidelines.
• Assist the Assistant Manager in preparing project schedules by analysing historical data.
• Collect user requirements to support accurate cost estimates.
• Supervise subcontractors, enforce quality control, and guarantee timely completion of works.
• Review and verify contractor invoices and change orders.
• Conduct market surveys to obtain pricing for value‑added items and support engineering estimates.
• Liaise with various KE business units to ensure alignment of project objectives.
• Participate in designated Safety Committee meetings (B‑level, D‑level) as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (D.A.E) or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in construction and renovation projects.
• Strong ability to monitor field operations and manage subcontractor performance.
• Good understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Willingness to engage in safety committee activities.
