About the role
MediaRadar is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide top‑tier technical assistance to its North American customers. Working remotely from Pakistan, you will operate on Eastern Standard Time to ensure seamless support for the company’s advertising intelligence platform.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, delivering accurate and timely solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MediaRadar’s suite of products.
- Maintain SLA compliance by closing support tickets promptly.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering) for complex problem escalation.
- Document interactions and resolutions in Salesforce CRM.
- Identify recurring issues, propose process improvements, and share feedback with product and engineering teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in SaaS, technology, or ad‑tech.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle complex technical queries.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work EST hours to support North American clients.
- Customer‑first mindset with strong organizational skills.
Required skills
- Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency
