Clinical Provider – Counsellor / Clinical Psychologist (Telehealth & Onsite)

About the role

Intellect Care is seeking qualified mental‑health professionals to deliver 1‑on‑1 counselling and psychotherapy to clients via telehealth or onsite sessions. You will join a collaborative network focused on expanding access to quality mental‑health care in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth or onsite mental‑health support to clients.
• Manage a diverse caseload including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and related conditions.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance the platform and client programmes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 300 post‑master’s clinical hours (counselling or therapy) including practicum/internship.
• Active professional licence valid in Pakistan.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of Seraiki is a plus.
• Prior experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, or Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy.
