About the role
The COD Manager will lead the cash‑on‑delivery function, ensuring payments are processed efficiently and accurately. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain a smooth workflow and deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily COD operations, guaranteeing timely processing of payments.
- Monitor and analyse COD performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance COD effectiveness.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to COD promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Prepare regular reports on COD activities and present findings to senior management.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in cash management or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
