Team Lead

About the role

DSV is looking for a proactive Team Lead to manage statutory audits, financial reporting and fixed‑asset processes within its finance function. The role supports internal stakeholders and external auditors while ensuring compliance with the Company Act of 2017 and IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead statutory audit preparation, coordinate with Big 4 auditors and resolve audit queries within deadlines.
• Prepare provisional and projected financial statements as needed.
• Manage fixed‑asset accounting, including posting, depreciation in SAP ERP and maintaining FA registers for audit.
• Post monthly payroll costs, reconcile salary registers and prepare various financial schedules.
• Assist the tax team with assessments, transfer‑pricing audits and related filings.
• Analyse existing processes, implement best practices, and strengthen internal controls.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role.
• Graduated in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work under tight deadlines.
