Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for US‑focused campaigns.
• Generate, qualify, and document potential leads.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow‑up details.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre or lead‑generation environment.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication abilities.

• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
