Customer Service Representative – Abandoned Cart

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to focus on abandoned cart recovery. You will engage with customers who have left items in their online carts, helping them complete their purchases while delivering a professional and friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers who have abandoned items in their shopping carts.
• Communicate via chat, email, and phone in a polite and professional manner.
• Persuade and guide customers to finalize their orders.
• Handle basic queries and objections related to the purchase process.
• Maintain accurate records of follow‑ups and conversion outcomes.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth order completion.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Confident, courteous, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Basic understanding of online shopping and e‑commerce concepts.
• Patience to manage repetitive follow‑ups.
• Eagerness to learn and improve sales communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
