Commercial Lead – Women’s Health Clinic Network

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Commercial Lead to accelerate growth and profitability of a modern women’s reproductive health clinic network in Karachi. The role combines strategic commercial planning with hands‑on operational improvement to transform under‑performing clinics and enhance patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial growth strategies to expand the clinic network and strengthen brand presence.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
• Improve operational efficiency, optimise costs and turn around under‑performing clinics.
• Increase client volumes through service enhancement, pricing strategies and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor business performance using KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, finance and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing commercial and operational teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8–12 years of experience in commercial leadership, business transformation or operations within a service‑based industry.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, profitability improvement and turnaround of under‑performing units.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, diagnostics or related patient‑facing sectors is preferred.
