Senior Immigration Sales Counselor

About the role

Journey Visa Consulting is seeking experienced Senior Immigration Sales Counselors to join its growing sales team in Karachi. This sales‑focused role involves converting immigration leads into paying clients and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming immigration inquiries and potential clients.
• Conduct professional sales consultations, explaining USA EB‑2 NIW, Canada and Australia immigration programs.
• Follow up with interested leads, negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and accurate follow‑up records.
• Coordinate with the immigration processing team after successful client registration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of immigration sales experience, preferably with USA EB‑2 NIW, Canada or Australia programs.
• Previous experience working in an immigration consultancy or firm.
• Proven ability to generate sales and close deals.
• Target‑oriented, confident and professional attitude.

• Strong follow‑up and client relationship management abilities.
