About the role

Growth Hive is seeking a licensed mental‑health professional to provide remote, commission‑based therapy services. You will work independently, delivering evidence‑based virtual sessions to a diverse client base while being supported by our mission‑driven operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in electronic health‑record systems.
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling and case information with the support team.
• Participate in peer consultations, case discussions, and supervision.
• Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Licensed or license‑eligible mental‑health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) authorized to practice in your jurisdiction.
• Proven experience delivering individual psychotherapy using evidence‑based approaches.
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload and maintain organized documentation.
• Comfort with a commission‑based compensation model and reliable client engagement.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
